He released his first book “Leading Imperfectly: The value of being authentic for leaders, professionals, and human beings”, where he discusses the concept of authentic leadership and how it can lead to conversations about communication, engagement, increased productivity and more. James empowers individuals to own their personal journeys in life and helps them find and take the necessary steps to live with purpose and meaning.
