Reduce Stress to Reduce Fat

Your a Dad so the answer is probably yes!
Stress may be making you fat. Reducing stress will help to reduce cortisol, and therefor help you lose weight!
There are tons of ways to reduce stress, it doesn't have to me meditation. Getting active can be a huge help. It can be anything from going for a walk to hitting the gym to some pickup basketball.
You can also sit in your car and 10 deep breathes.
It doesn't really matter what you do, just find what works for you to reduce stress.
