Sweat Before You Shower
Consistency is the biggest problem most busy Dads have with exercise, its also the most important thing you can do to stay healthy and in shape. If you are having trouble exercising on a regular basis, finding ways to link exercise to things you do everyday can help.
Sweat before you shower. Do squats, pushups, crunches, whatever it takes to get sweat. This will ensure you get at least a mini workout in every day. Once you create a habit of this quick workout, it will make it much easier to start doing a more demanding workouts consistently.
