Quick workout to increase energy
Summer is in full swing, that means vacations and family fun. However, keeping up with your kids who seem to have limitless energy can be exhausting. Doing everything you can to increase energy to get the most out of your summer seems like a no brainer. It may feel counter productive, but a quick workout can help increase energy to keep up until bedtime.
Set a timer for 20 1 minute intervals. At the top of every minute do this quick circuit, then rest for the rest of the minute. When the alarm goes off jump right back into it of the next round
